ob体育 has cancelled the Australian financial services (AFS) licence of Dunfo Capital Pty Ltd (AFS Licence No 403199) for failing to comply with a number of key obligations as a licensee.
In February 2015 ob体育 suspended Dunfo Capital鈥檚 AFS licence for six months in order to provide Dunfo Capital with an opportunity to meet its legal obligations and licence conditions (refer: 15-055MR). Dunfo Capital has failed to demonstrate these requirements.
Dunfo Capital has the right to appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for a review of ob体育鈥檚 decision.
