ob体育 today published its 2017鈥�18 business plans.
Each year ob体育 publishes business plans for each of the sectors it regulates. These are published by 31 October. This is part of ob体育's commitment to transparency and accountability.
The 11 business plans complement ob体育's Corporate Plan that is published by 31 August.
ob体育鈥檚 Corporate Plan is a four-year rolling plan which explains ob体育's vision, its view of 鈥榳hat good looks like鈥� for the sectors it regulates, the risks and challenges to achieving its vision and its strategy for achieving this vision.
We present the business plans on a sector-by-sector basis. In addition, this year we published three business plans addressing issues that cross sectors.
Publishing business plans provides ob体育鈥檚 stakeholders with information about its actions and its focus during the coming financial year.
The published sector business plans are:
- Market infrastructure;
- Market intermediaries;
- Corporations;
- Financial reporting and audit;
- Insolvency practitioners;
- Superannuation and managed funds;
- Deposit takers, credit and insurance; and
- Financial advice.
The three cross-sector project business plans are:
- Older Australians;
- Small business; and
- Illegal phoenixing activity.
