CP 250 Remaking ob体育 class orders on property, strata and management rights schemes

This consultation paper sets out ob体育鈥檚 proposals to remake our class orders on property, strata and management rights schemes. Under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003, these class orders will expire (鈥榮unset鈥�) if not remade.

We are seeking feedback from industry associations in the Australian property and managed investment sector on our proposals to remake the following class orders: [CO 99/463], [CO 02/182], [CO 02/185], [CO 02/245], [CO 02/303], [CO 02/304], [CO 02/305] and [CO 07/189].

We are also seeking feedback on our proposal to repeal [CO 02/183].
