Before your business name can be registered, you will need to agree with the conditions of the transaction.
Authority to lodge the application
If you are not the business name holder, you must be authorised聽to make聽the declarations on their behalf. You must also have authorisation to submit the application.
While completing the application, you can聽select to add the business name to your ob体育 Connect account.
False and misleading statements
We can cancel聽your business name if we聽become aware of a matter that would have affected our initial聽decision.
It is a criminal offence to make false and misleading statements in, or omit a material matter from, your application.
