ob体育鈥檚 Abandoned Company Liquidator Panel comprises suitably qualified and experienced registered liquidators that ob体育 can appoint under section s489EA of the Corporations Act 2001.
ob体育 may appoint a liquidator to abandoned companies to enable employees of those companies to access unpaid entitlements under the FEG Act.听 These employees would not have access to their entitlements unless ob体育 appointed a liquidator.
