Registered liquidator disciplinary decisions
Schedule 2 Committee referrals and decisions
Under s40-50 of Schedule 2 to the Corporations Act 2001 ob体育 may refer a registered liquidator to a disciplinary committee.
The table below sets out the referrals made by ob体育 to a disciplinary committee since 1 March 2017 (when this disciplinary regime started), and the results of those referrals where the committee has decided ob体育 should publish information about the committee鈥檚 decision.
