This consultation paper seeks feedback on our proposal to update and consolidate a number of our regulatory guides relating Chs 6鈥�6C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act).
We are also consulting on our proposal to reissue the class orders associated with our updated guidance and to make new class orders addressing some discrete policy issues.
