CP 325 Product design and distribution obligations

This paper sets out ob体育鈥檚 proposals for guidance on the design and distribution obligations in Pt 7.8A of the Corporations Act. It also sets out additional proposals relating to our administration of the design and distribution regime. We are seeking the views of interested stakeholders, including industry and consumers, on our proposals.
