This consultation paper sets out our proposals to make the ob体育 CS Services Rules 2024 to facilitate competitive outcomes in the monopoly provision of clearing and settlement services under s828A of the Corporations Act 2001.
We are seeking the views of interested stakeholders on our proposals.
