REP 492 A market that is failing consumers: The sale of add-on insurance through car dealers

This report presents ob体育鈥檚 findings on the sale of add-on insurance through car dealers. Our findings are based on data collected from seven general insurers who issue add-on insurance products.

Our review suggests that add-on insurance sold through this distribution channel represents poor value for consumers and is designed and sold in a听way that may not meet consumers鈥� needs.
