Application to change the cessation date of a director

Purpose

A company or person who resigned as a director of a company may apply to ob体育 to change the director鈥檚 cessation date only when:

• a听Change to company details听or听Form 370听has been lodged to cease the person as a director on ob体育鈥檚 register, and
• the effective date has been replaced by ob体育 with the lodgement date of the form that ceased the person as a director, and
• the application is made to ob体育 within 56 days after the day the person stopped being a director of the company.

This form听cannot听be used to notify us of the cessation of a director.

If the person has not yet ceased as a director on ob体育鈥檚 register, you need to lodge a听Change to company details听or听Form 370.

If outside this timeframe, the applicant will need to apply to the court to change your cessation date.听
